Artist Statement

Drawing and making things have always been my way
of connecting with the world since I was a child.

Through my journey in various creative fields —
from fashion to spatial and interior design —
I realized that expression lies in
capturing the moments that move the heart,
and creating something that brings joy to someone special.
This led me to pursue illustration.

Cats have been at the center of my inspiration
ever since I can remember.
Their subtle gestures and expressions carry comfort, humor,
and a vibrant energy of life.

By capturing those fleeting moments in art,
I hope to add a touch of color to someone’s everyday life —
and spark a chain of happiness.

Biography

・1988　Born in Kumamoto, Japan

・2005–2007　Kumamoto Municipal Hitsuyukan High School
　Studied fine arts and built a foundation in creativity

・2007–2009　Sugino Fashion College (Junior College)
　Developed skills in color and fashion design

・2009–2011　Dressmaker Fashion College
　Explored fashion from multiple angles including dyeing, textiles, and art

・2011–2017　BAYCREW’S Co., Ltd.
　Worked as a fashion designer for “JOURNAL STANDARD”

・2017–2019　Space Design College
　Expanded focus to interior and architectural design

・2019–2020　240design studio
　Engaged in hospitality interior and furniture design projects

She is currently based in Naha, where he lives and creates art.
